Defenni® offers a 1-year warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects in workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the device.
If you encounter a defect, such as the device not turning on, please contact us. Note that in some regions, a service fee of 20% of the order price may apply. Please reach out to our customer service for details. Defenni® reserves the right to interpret this warranty policy.
To make a warranty claim, you must provide reasonable evidence that the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, retain your original purchase receipt and the serial number on the product. Replacement products provided under warranty do not renew the 1-year warranty coverage.
Important Notes:
- Wear and Tear: Cosmetic changes due to regular wear and tear or damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect are not covered. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
- Improper Use: If the device is damaged due to improper use (including breakage), the warranty is void.
- Exchanges Only: Returns due to product quality issues can only be exchanged.
